Tactical Combat Systems has a clear and defined structure in which the students can continue their education. Any PRACTITIONER LEVEL requires an excellent performance with a strong technical and practical knowledge of the level in which the student wants to be certified in. Of course, the demands on a TCS Practitioner grow accordingly in higher level programs.
The second categories of qualifications that can be achieved are called "Ranks". Due to the fact that even a Level 1 TCS Practitioner is a skilled fighter, it is possible to also acquire an additional INSTRUCTOR RANK.
Of course, the practitioner must obtain the corresponding supplemental training first. This education consists of detailed academical knowledge, including the fundamental understanding of TCS and its complex teaching, martial arts theory, physiological and psychological human aspects and personal development. An instructor is limited in its qualification by the practitioner level in which he or she is qualified. An instructor can only teach up to the practitioner level he or she has obtained. Testing is only one level below possible. For example, an instructor holding a 3rd Practitioner Level is able to teach up to Level 3 and is eligible to test to Level 2. Another example would be an instructor with a practitioner level 1 (Assistant Instructor), is allowed to teach Level 1, but is not eligible to test.
Starting a career as TCS instructor offers exciting and challenging opportunities for motivated individuals. We are searching for people of the highest caliber; responsibility, integrity and professionalism – all of which are requirements to become a successful TCS Instructor.
